The device integrates large-scale photovoltaic generation with high-voltage (HV) energy storage and provides full three-phase backup power (Full Backup) with powerful current capacity. Two independent MPPT trackers supporting high input currents and an integrated WiFi/LAN interface deliver maximum power density and precise 24/7 telemetry.

The Selfa SFH 20.1-H is a powerful hybrid inverter with a rated power of 20 kW and the flagship of the SFH line. It has been engineered as a strategic power hub for buildings with very high energy demand — workshops, small manufacturing plants, large residences and commercial buildings. It combines unprecedented conversion efficiency, direct support for HV energy storage and an industrial standard of power redundancy.
High Voltage (HV) Architecture – Maximum Efficiency at High Power
Operating at power levels of around 20 kW during charging and discharging demands an uncompromising reduction of heat losses. High-voltage (HV) technology allows operation at significantly lower DC currents than low-voltage solutions, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency, extending the service life of semiconductor components and optimising the cost of DC cabling.
Full 3-Phase Backup at Commercial Power – Blackout Resilience
The SFH 20.1-H provides uninterrupted backup power capable of handling powerful three-phase loads.
Automatic transition to island mode guarantees continuous operation of refrigeration systems, high-power heat pumps, machine tools, server rooms and ventilation systems.
Balanced three-phase supply eliminates the risk of load asymmetry and makes the site fully independent of fluctuations in the distribution grid.

The inverter features two independent MPPT trackers designed to work with modern high-power panels with high short-circuit currents.
