The SolarEdge S500B-1GM4MRM is a modular power optimiser designed for residential photovoltaic installations. It provides optimisation at the individual module level, reduces losses due to module mismatch and partial shading, and offers safety features such as PV connector fault detection and the ability to enter a de-energised state for the safety of installers and emergency services.
