SolarEdge BAT‑05K48 battery module is a low-voltage, DC-coupled module with a usable energy of 4.6 kWh, designed to work with SolarEdge Home Hub inverters. The module offers high efficiency (peak roundtrip >94.5%) and scalability by connecting multiple modules (up to 23 kWh). The manufacturer highlights simple ‘plug and play’ installation and integration within the SolarEdge ecosystem for production, consumption, and EV charging management.
The module is weather-resistant (IP65), allows floor or wall mounting, and operates within a wide temperature range (-10 to +50 °C). It features RS485 and CAN communication interfaces, and continuous charging/discharging powers and peak parameters are specified for a single module.
