Module Jinko Solar JKM515N-54HL4M-BDW de 500 W (gamme 495–525 W) est un module bifacial avec double vitrage et cellules TYPE N TOPCon, conçu pour une production élevée et une longévité. Le module bénéficie d’une faible dégradation grâce à la technologie HOT 3.0 ainsi qu’un rendement accru par génération double face.
La structure en double verre (2,0 mm face avant/arrière) et cadre anodisé assure une robustesse mécanique, et le module est certifié conforme aux normes IEC. Les données indiquent une résistance aux charges de 5400 Pa à l'avant et 2400 Pa à l’arrière avec grande flexibilité d’installation en 1500 V.
