Modul SUNTECH STP500S-H54-Nth+ (bifacial)<\/strong> este un modul fotovoltaic bifacial, semi-cellular, realizat în tehnologia N-Type TOPCon, cu o putere nominală de 500 W (STC) și o eficiență a modulului de 22,5%. Modulul a fost proiectat pentru o eficiență ridicată a conversiei, proprietăți bune în condiții de iluminare slabă, precum și o rezistență mecanică crescută și o durată lungă de viață.<\/p>
