Description
Jinko Solar Tiger Neo 66HL4M-BDV is an N-type bifacial module designed for high-performance installations. The module uses TOPCon and HOT 3.0 technology, offering improved resistance to LID/LeTID degradation and better low-irradiance performance. The double glass design and anodised aluminium frame enhance durability, and the bifacial generation allows for additional energy yield from ground-reflected light.
Dimensions and construction confirmed in technical documentation: 132 cells (66×2), dimensions 2382×1134×30 mm, weight 32.4 kg, front/rear glass 2.0 mm, IP68 rated junction box. The module is tested for mechanical loads (up to 5400 Pa front side and 2400 Pa rear side) and allows system voltage up to 1500 V DC. Available connectors: JK03M/MC4 and others on request.
